01Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of socialcangaroo.com (the “Site”), operated by Social Cangaroo. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
They cover the website only. If you hire us for advertising, social media, video or activation work, our Terms & Conditions apply to that work. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
02Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You must not:
- use it in any way that breaks a law or regulation that applies in the UAE or where you are;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or anything connected to them;
- introduce malware, or run automated scraping or load-testing that disrupts the Site;
- copy, frame or mirror the Site in a way that suggests it is yours or that we endorse you;
- use the Site to send unsolicited advertising or to harass anyone.
03Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, graphics, animation, code and the Social Cangaroo name and logo belong to Social Cangaroo or its licensors and are protected by UAE and international intellectual-property law.
You may view the Site and share its address. You may not copy, adapt, distribute or sell any part of it without our written permission, except where the law lets you.
Other brand names, logos and images shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only. Their appearance does not mean they endorse us or that we are affiliated with them, unless we say so.
If you believe something on the Site infringes your rights, email info@socialcangaroo.com with the details and we will look into it promptly.
04Links and third-party content
The Site links to other websites and services, such as our social profiles and Google Maps. We do not control them, do not review their content, and are not responsible for it or for any loss you suffer from using them. A link is not an endorsement.
05Availability and changes
We try to keep the Site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time, and may update these terms. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
06No warranties
The Site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including that the Site is accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 07Limit of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the UAE, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable in it. Any dispute about them or the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
